Customers may use Beyounger only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with onboarding requirements, applicable regulation, and product-specific documentation.
We may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect platform integrity, investigate misuse, or comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and ensuring that end-user activity on their account complies with applicable laws and network rules.
You agree not to use the platform for prohibited industries, sanctioned activity, fraud, or transactions that violate scheme, banking, or regulatory requirements.
Fees, settlement timing, reserves, limits, and service scope are defined in your commercial agreement or approved pricing schedule.
Except as expressly stated in a binding contract, Beyounger provides services on an as-available basis and reserves the right to update features or documentation over time.
